owen and cinnamon

this is owen he is nine years old and he strives to be the ultimate mailman!! but his dad says he’s just a mailboy right now and he’s gotta prove himself before he can acquire the legendary title of mailman.
unlike most mailmen he does not have a problem with being chased down by dogs. in fact he has his very own dog named cinnamon and she tags along on his delivery adventures. she’s supposed to be his guard dog because mail delivery is very dangerous business!! but it turns out yorkies aren’t exactly great for protecting and she mostly just yips a lot.
rather than having problems with dogs, owen has a cat problem and he gets attacked by strays at least once a day. most of the time he can handle it but the neighbor down the street has a massive cat named missy and she is the bane of owen’s existence. he’s pretty sure if he could ever manage to deliver the mail to that house, he’d definitely be considered a true mailman, but missy runs him off every day so he’s still workin on that.
